Andrea Kurland, a dietitian and nutrition specialist, helps people transform their lives through nutrition. Andrea's interest in food-as-medicine was sparked by her personal experience with ulcerative colitis which led her to pursue a career in nutrition and dietetics. With a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Houston and a clinical internship at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa, California, Andrea specializes in dietetics, medical nutrition therapy, and mindful eating. As a proud member of the Enara team, Andrea embraces the food philosophy and prioritizes the needs and goals of her patients. When not working, she enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, hiking, and exploring the beautiful Bay Area
