Daniela Santacruz, an exercise specialist and obesity medicine expert, has a lifelong passion for sports and exercise. With a degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University New Brunswick, she turned her passion into a fulfilling career. As an animal lover, Daniela cherishes long walks with her dog in nature, furthering her connection to the outdoors.
