Taylor Lamas

Taylor Lamas, is a dietitian and nutrition specialist that has a passion for helping people transform their lives through nutrition. Taylor has a Masters in Professional Practice in Dietetic from Iowa State University, Bachelor of Science in Applied Science from the University of Mississippi and a clinical internship from Iowa State University. Taylor specializes in dietetics, medical nutrition therapy, and diabetes. At Enara, Taylor prioritizes the needs and goals of her patients to help create a personalized approach to help them reach their goal. When not working, she enjoys hanging out with her Husband and 2 little boys, hiking and watching football.
